We will feature hourly timed tapping’s, classic Central Waters beers, special one-offs, specialty cocktails/slushies featuring Central Waters 8-year Bourbon & 10-year Rye Whiskey, N.A. Mud Puppy/Honey Blonde, and our brand-new Great Blue Whiskey Bourbon Cocktails.

Specialty Cocktails/Slushies:
Lake Emily Mud Slushie- A slushie riff on the Mississippi Mud, the supper club classic
ice cream drink. Featuring: Central Waters 8yr Bourbon, Peach Puree, Coffee, Vanilla
Extract, Demerara Sugar & Water.
Amherst Bramble Slushie- A Classic Blackberry Bramble in slushie form. Featuring:
Central Waters 10yr Rye Whiskey, Mint Syrup, Blackberry & Water.
The Other Other HHG (Or Just HHG)- A hopped Whiskey Sour named after some
notorious Central Wisconsin river rats. Hop infused Central Waters 8yr Bourbon,
Lemon, Simple Syrup & Fee Form.
Amherst Early Girl- A tiki style drink named after a resident of the area that is only
talked about in hushed tones, if at all. Central Waters 10yr Rye Whiskey, Coconut
Demerara, Pineapple, Lemon, Jamaican No.1 Bitters with a grenadine float.
